1.3. Cases Not Supported for Exchange/Return

  • The product is in the sale/clearance/flash deal category or purchased in special promotion programs.
  • The order has been requested for exchange/return once before.
  • The product belongs to the "collection/hype items" group - limited edition shoes, confirmed to be authentic & deadstock (100% new). We do not accept exchanges or returns for any reason unless the product has a manufacturing defect.

1.4. Exchange/Return Cost

  • In case of exchange due to the customer choosing the wrong size or wanting to change to another model, the customer will bear all 2-way shipping costs.
  • If the error is on Neverkicks' part (wrong model, wrong size, defective product), we will bear all exchange/return costs.
  • We encourage you to carefully check the size information, description, and product image before placing an order. Neverkicks is always ready to help you choose the shoes that best suit your style and foot size.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To provoke a go-back, please comply with those steps:
